Our proprietary Cellular Recharge Protocol is a 3-step process optimizing the benefits of pulsed electromagnetic field, oxygen training, and light therapy modalities. The impact of each modality alone demonstrates effective results; however, combining them into one session elevates the effectiveness, generating a synergistic outcome.

PULSE - PEMF

The Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) bed separates and recharges your cells, allowing for more oxygen absorption and creating the perfect environment to receive the LiveO2 oxygen training, which is known to be up to 30% more effective.

LIVE O2 - ADAPTIVE CONTRAST

During the LiveO2 training session, your body is introduced to high and low oxygen levels to create a short-term hypoxic state to flood cells with oxygen-rich blood. This session increases the intensity and efficiency of the workout, maximizing the amount of oxygen directed to capillaries and any damaged and inflamed tissue.

REGEN POD - PBM

Once your cells are charged and oxygenated, you’re ready for optimal light absorption and oxygen uptake through Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT) with the ReGen Pod. This session reverses oxidative stress and optimizes energy production.

THE PROTOCOL

The duration of this protocol is roughly 60 minutes - ~ 20 min for PEMF, ~15 min for LiveO2, and ~ 18-22 min in the ReGen Pod.
